Welcome!
CodeBLUE is a monthly blues and lindy dance that occurs at Outerspace at 1474 N. Milwaukee Ave. The venue is accessible via public transit (the Damen blue line is just .2 miles north on Milwaukee) into the wee hours of the morning. As long as you park at 9pm or later, street parking is free too! Our dance takes place on Second Fridays, from 9pm-1am!We invite you to BYOB, but as we are an all ages venue, be warned: underaged drinking will not be tolerated.
$7 suggested donation will get you in, $5 suggested donation if you are a student or low income dancer.
Lessons start at 8:15 and only adds $3 to your suggested donation.
Friday, April 18 Lian Tarhay of Madison fame will be teaching a class about dancing your own body, beyond leading and following! We'll also be hosting a Silent Auction for John Joven and Soshi Krieger's Dance Training!
Friday, June 15 will give you an opportunity to show off your sweet CUBE inspirations!
